Lime Class Parents and Guardians Assembly

Tractors in School Visit
Wed 28 Feb 2024We had a visit from a local farmer with his tractor on Monday. The pupils all had lots of farming related questions for Tom. He brought along a variety of different crops. He said that the pupils '...were especially well behaved and engaging.'
This inspired William in year 6 to produce his own art work at home, which Tom has now framed on his office wall!

Volcanoes
Tue 27 Feb 2024This term, Sycamore Class will be learning about volcanoes and earthquakes. We started our topic by making models of the Earth using modelling clay. We learnt about the inner core, outer core, mantle and crust.

Chestnut Class Parents and Guardians Assembly
Wed 07 Feb 2024On Tuesday afternoon Chestnut class invited their parents and guardians to our class assembly. The children shared their learning from this half term in Art, English, History and Science. I am sure the parents and guardians who attended will agree, the whole class did a wonderful job of sharing many interesting facts with the audience and answered any questions in detail. Well done Chestnut Class.

Winners of Short Story Competition
